David and Gary Wilkerson held a Renewing Your Passion for Christ conference at the Moi International Sports Center in Nairobi, Kenya. Thousands of pastors and leaders came from all over Kenya and neighboring countries to attend this conference. The meetings saw God do a deep work among the leaders and pastors who attended. There was forgiveness among the brethren and the joy that came after was a sight to behold. Pastors were worshiping and dancing before the Lord. The love of God was evident in the meetings.

The local pastors have adopted David and Gary Wilkerson as part of their family and consider David Wilkerson to be their spiritual father.
