What forms of payment may I use to pay for my order?
We welcome, check, money order, major credit cards and debit cards. Debit cards are processed in the same way as credit cards. Remember that when using either a credit or debit card, we require you to provide the 3 or 4-digit card code verification number located in the signature block on the back of the card.
What is the purpose of requiring the 3 or 4-digit card code verification number?
The purpose is for added security to you, our customers and to our company.
Why is my email address required?
Your email address is a way for our customer service staff to contact you in case there are questions about your order(s). The email address assures us that we will be able to contact any online customer.
Can I change my email and password?
Yes. This is a very quick and easy process. By clicking the Log In link on the home page you will be able to change your email and password. Just enter your new information in the New Customer section.
Can I ship a product to someone else?
Yes. During checkout you have the option of changing, adding, or editing the shipping address of your purchase. We want to provide our customers the option of purchasing products as gifts for friends and family across the globe.
Do you ship to PO boxes?
Yes, we utilize UPS and US Postal Service as our shipping providers. We ship PO Box shipments by US Postal Service. We do not ship UPS 2nd Day or Next Day.
Do you provide shipping outside of the US?
Yes, we are happy to provide international shipping to most countries. Because of credit card restrictions we regret we are unable to ship products to Nigeria and Ethiopia.
How do I change the address on my order?
To change the shipping address of an order that has already been placed but not shipped, please email us at Customer Service to give us your new instructions.
How do I initiate a return or refund?
Return/Refund Policy
Please email a request to Customer Service. Once we receive your request we will process any returns or refunds. If a defect in a product is found or we shipped the wrong product, we will gladly replace the product. If you decide you don't want a product you purchased, we will refund your money once we have received the product back, minus the shipping and handling fees.

May I make copies of the sermons?
Yes. We encourage you to make additional copies of the sermons for free distribution to friends. However, you must include the copyright information. All other unauthorized duplication or electronic transmission is a violation of copyright and other applicable laws. The sermons cannot be posted on any website.
How do I listen to online sermons?
You are welcome to listen to the sermons on this website by downloading the latest version of Windows Media Player, iTunes, WinAmp (or any other program that can playback MP3 files). If you still cannot play the files then it may be a browser issue. You must then download the latest version of your current browser (e.g. Internet Explorer, Netscape Navigator).
Copyright laws apply, so you must include the copyright information.
Can I download to my iPod/MP3 player?
To download to your iPod, PDA, MP3 player or other mobile device, right click on the MP3 icon and choose the option to “Save Target As” (or "Save Link As" for Apple users). It should be on your Finder Desktop window or My Documents folder. Use your mobile device's software (iTunes, Windows Media Player, PDA synching software, etc.) to add the song to your iPod, PDA, MP3 player or other mobile device. If you have a single-button mouse, hold down the “option” key and then click on the icon. Also check the World Challenge site for additional download options.
